For our portals, news agency and software: account details if you register (name, email), and messages you send to editors. Our own web services don't use advertising trackers; if a specific product needs analytics, it is described in that product's terms. Journalists' sources are protected.

For IT clients (development, consulting, hosting, equipment management) we process data on your systems only as your processor, under a contract and your instructions.

For online orders: name, contacts, delivery address, order history. Card payments are processed by the payment provider; we don't store card numbers. Returns are handled as consumer law requires.

For wholesale of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, dairy, eggs and oils, and agricultural intermediary trade: representatives' contacts, licences and certificates where required, contracts, invoices and waybills. Pharmaceutical batch records are kept as the law requires.

This website uses no cookies or analytics. The contact form opens your own email app and stores nothing on our side. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
